The current version of Avalon College consists of a structured series of 47 lessons in astrology. These lessons guide you from an understanding of elementary astrological and astronomical concepts through the entire range of chart interpretation: planets, zodiac signs, houses, aspects, and element/modality balance. When you have completed this program, you should have a thorough understanding of chart interpretation and be prepared to undertake more advanced studies in astrology. Although a specific schedule of study (24 weeks for the entire course) is recommended in Avalon College, the program essentially allows you to proceed at your own pace. You may study on your own, or you may hire another astrologer or astrology teacher to supervise and guide you. (Hiring a teacher is an additional expense, of course, not included in the cost of the basic Avalon College program.) |
